Leading Italian saxophonist Partipilo is joined by a group of cutting edge American jazz musicians - including guitarist Mike Moreno, pianist Roberto Tarnezi, bassist Matt Brewer and drummer Nasheet Watts - for his new album of stunning contemporary jazz.

Having collaborated with big name American talents including Dave Liebman, Dave Binney, Bruno Tommaso, Mike Applebaum, Joy Garrison, and many others Partipilo assembles his own cutting edge band. Exploring the melodic sounds of the the New York scene - much like the influential  partnership between his contemporaries tenoris Mark Turner and guitarist Kurt Rosenwinkle - so he and Moreno set up atmospheric textures, perfect for their propulsive soloing and group interplay.
